[![Play-button](https://explorerevents.ae/hubfs/raw_assets/public/Explorer%20Events/images/module-icons/play-button.svg)](https://explorerevents.ae/hubfs/Explorer-events/Videos/Corporate%20events-optm.mp4) ## Your partner for unforgettable team experiences in the UAE Explorer Events isn’t just an event organiser – it’s a team of experience‑makers that turns ordinary team days into extraordinary adventures. Since 2008 we’ve been designing purpose‑driven events that bring people together, build trust and inspire collaboration.   From dynamic team-building experiences to full-scale corporate functions, we specialise in delivering events that feel deeply personal, professionally seamless, and proudly rooted in the UAE. ![Tecnimont-cover](https://explorerevents.ae/hubfs/Case%20studies/Tecnimont/Tecnimont-cover.webp) ![FAY02378](https://explorerevents.ae/hubfs/Case%20studies/Veolia/FAY02378.webp) ## A Founder’s Story: From the Desert to the Boardroom Explorer Events was born out of curiosity, heritage and a lifelong connection to the outdoors. After finishing my Motorsport Engineering degree in the UK, I came back to Dubai with a simple idea: the region deserved experiences that went beyond standard tourism and tick-box team activities. I wanted to build something that felt real, thoughtful and rooted in the landscapes we grew up exploring. My first years were spent designing adventure programs for schools and corporate groups. We led overnight expeditions across Liwa, canyoning through Ras Al Khaimah’s wadis and fossil journeys through the ancient terrains of Mleiha. We built multi-day leadership programs and outdoor learning experiences long before “experiential education” became a buzzword. Everything shifted in 2020. The world paused, and we used that time to refine Zerzura, our desert experience brand, shaping it into one of the region’s most unique self-drive buggy and private dining operations. As travel restarted, corporate needs evolved. Teams were more distributed. Engagement mattered more. Experiences needed depth, not just logistics. By 2024, Explorer Events had transformed into a full-service corporate events agency specialising in what the region often lacks: experiences with soul. Today we plan and deliver everything from incentive trips, CSR programs and themed team challenges to large-scale conferences, product launches and gala dinners. What sets us apart is the kind of experiences we’re able to create. We’re one of the few companies in the UAE that can run fully immersive, large-format desert events that blend storytelling, adventure and seamless operations. Our team-building experiences aren’t off-the-shelf. We design them from scratch using game mechanics, behavioural insights and the natural landscape as a stage. And because of our roots in expeditions and field operations, our events feel grounded, safe and effortless for clients, no matter the scale. At the heart of Explorer Events is a simple belief: people connect best when they’re experiencing something real together. Whether it’s 30 executives around a boardroom or 500 employees under the stars in the desert, our job is to create moments that stay with them long after the day is over. ##### Akash Ranjith ##### Founder & CEO, Explorer Events ## Our Mission & Vision Our mission is simple: to empower teams through experiences that foster trust, collaboration, and connection.   Our vision is to become the UAE’s most trusted partner for purpose-driven corporate events—combining creative storytelling, cultural sensitivity, and flawless execution. ## A Legacy of Impact Since 2008 Born in Dubai and raised in the outdoors, Explorer Events began as a passion project to connect people to nature, culture, and one another.   Over the past 17 years, we’ve scaled from small team adventures to orchestrating high-impact events for global brands. From purpose-led CSR programmes to adrenaline-fuelled desert expeditions, we’ve consistently delivered events that build bonds and drive results. ## Our Values ![tailored-programs](https://4913796.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/4913796/tailored-programs.svg) ### Creativity From treasure hunts in the desert to fully branded product launches in the city, our team pushes boundaries to deliver experiences that are immersive, impactful, and never cookie-cutter. ![professional-facilitation](https://4913796.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/4913796/professional-facilitation.svg) ### Safety We operate with the highest safety standards across all experiences.
